Grey day 2022

Grey Day 2022 in Phoenix was one of my favorite concerts I have ever attended. The show took place at Phoenix Raceway on October 1st and the experience stayed with me ever since. I remember the evening so vividly, it was hot, traffic was backed up with cars trying to park, and there was a massive crowd of people arriving for the concert. Even before the music started, the energy felt intense.

While I was excited to see $uicideboy$ perform, I was also really looking forward to seeing $not and Ski Mask The Slump God. Both of their performances were just as amazing. They played many of my favorite songs and brought incredible energy to the stage. Despite how long I had been standing and how tired my feet were, the energy of the crowd made it easy to forget the discomfort.

The album $uicideboy$ released in 2022, Sing Me a Lullaby, My Sweet Temptation, is one of my favorite projects from them. The sound throughout the concert felt so emotional and it was clear how much the music meant to the artists and the fans. Another detail I enjoyed was the visuals displayed on stage, which added to the overall atmosphere. Even though it was sometimes hard to see over taller people in front of me, listening to the music live made the experience worthwhile.

I have been listening to $uiceboy$ for quite some time, and their music grew on me unexpectedly. I never thought I would get into this genre at a young age, but it opened the door for me to discover other similar artists that I now enjoy. Over the years, $uicideboy$ have gone through major growth both musically and personally. While some fans don’t like how much they’ve changed, this change has also helped them a lot and some people seem to dismiss that. It really nice to see how much they’ve improved on themselves and were capable of sharing their experience with the fan base.

The Grey Day 2022 concert was such a great performance and I understand this genre may not be for everyone, I would still recommend giving them a listen. Seeing their performance live is also a must because their concerts never fail to be energetic and memorable.
