On October 30th, hundreds of fans lined up outside the Rialto Theatre in Tucson, Arizona to attend a show from one of the most anticipated tours of the year, Steve Lacy's GIVE YOU THE WORLD TOUR.

The entire state of Arizona eagerly awaited this sold-out show since the tour was announced, this was clearly visible as many fans dressed up as Steve with his iconic dollar sign shirt and tie. This transpires as Lacy enjoys the well-deserved fame and notoriety for his most recent album, Gemini Rights, which features his first No. 1 hit with "Bad Habits."

Doors opened at 7:00 pm and the venue's two floors were quickly filled. An hour after the doors opened Fousheé opened the set with "simmer down." Fousheé and her talented band played a memorable set with noticeable musicianship and a fair amount of crowd interaction.

After what felt like a lifetime, the energetic crowd could sense the arrival of Steve Lacy. There was essentially no room left in the music hall, but that didn't matter once the lights were dimmed. The night's first song, "Buttons," was followed by a wave of stage smoke, and Steve Lacy bounced around front and center to deafening roars of applause. It did not take more than a couple of minutes for Steve Lacy to captivate the crowd which only continued throughout the night. There was not a single soul in the crowd who wasn't charmed by Steve Lacy's talent and charisma.

Throughout the set, Lacy constantly interacted with the crowd which was responsive and appreciative of these moments. During the latter of the show, Steve brought out Fousheé to sing "Sunshine." After the song concluded, Steve Lavy segued to "Bad Habits" which was a crowd favorite.

"C U Girl" and "Dark Red," two tracks that helped many devoted fans discover Lacy, were performed by him as part of the encore. The crowd's participation in the final two songs, which Lacy performed with passion made the encore one of the many highlights of that night. Everyone in the venue left with a huge smile on their face.
