I would describe this album as a blast from the past-it was comprised of golden-aged vocals with a contemporary style instrumental mix. Vocalist, Campo, reminds me of a rock-n-roll cowboy–his velvety voice melts into the tracks giving it its unique sound. The percussion and guitar incorporated into the tracks are also very skillfully mixed, introducing funk and techno beats. Liquid Sunshine is definitely an amazing mass of genres and sounds.
