Description:
It took me a while to process what I wanted to say about this album. It is definitely not the type of music that I would listen to fun or passively, however, it still resonated with me. Each of the tracks has a deep meaning and honestly, caused me to feel frightened/ have an existentialist crisis. The songs are so quiet, that you really have to listen carefully and makes it even creepier with the music underlying heavy distortion. I think this type of music would definitely succeed as the musical score of some kind of thriller or horror movie. The tracks are unnerving however, you can’t stop listening because for some off reason you want to listen until the end–to finish hearing the tale unravel. That being said, this would be a good album to listen to during Halloween or whenever you feel like being spooked (or spooking others).
